I like how easy Advisors makes it for me, as an HR leader/manager of multiple locations, to view details about each hire in one place! It also has useful analytics features such as "Hire Score" which quantifies risk factors regarding candidate performance or behavior during onboarding process - this can be used by leadership teams to have thoughtful conversations with candidates who may not otherwise fit well within our culture (such as those considered high performers). Some people might find it difficult at first navigating Adviser's platform because they aren't familiar / comfortable using a new software application; however their team does help walk users thru training them quickly so we are able implement effectively right away without any major setbacks when moving forward after launch date. We use adviser primarily due to ease of implementation & ability to see all data at once vs needing several separate reports.
