So far everything has worked out well for mountain biking. I've had a few accidents and the mount has held up very well. The only problem I had was that my start and finish elevations sometimes differed by several hundred feet when doing the loop. It seems to happen when the weather changes significantly during a long trip. I adjusted the mount to give the sensors on the back of the GPS more airflow and that seems to have fixed the issue. The duration of my trip is always shorter than that of my friend who uses her phone. However, Garmin is very consistent and the same ride measures about the same distance every time, so I'm not worried about that. Strava segments work well once downloaded and automatically synced. I loaded the device with a route for a routing system I had never used before and the turn-by-turn navigation system proved very useful at route intersections. Overall I am very happy with my Garmin 130.
