Leather feels soft and supple. The cashmere lining is soft and warm. All of this will take the shape of your hand over time, as good cashmere-lined leather gloves should. The overall package looks very high quality to me. I have a similar pair of gloves that I bought from Saks in New York and they are better than these. Touch functions work very well. The right glove has two fingers and a thumb. There are only two fingers on the left glove. My left thumb doesn't work on my phone, which is probably intentional, but I'm not entirely sure. The gloves are a little tight, especially at first, but I found they stretched a bit and became more comfortable over time. My first impression was that maybe they are too small, but they just need to be broken in. Can't remember if I got the XL but the gloves say 9.5. I'm a guy with long skinny fingers, 6ft 1in.
