I bought this vacuum cleaner about a year ago. I use it for home use so it doesn't get much action. After about 8 months of ownership, the plastic clip has completely broken apart in several places, which ultimately makes it impossible to use it because it doesn't hold together and easily slips into awkward corners. When I contacted ProTeam to inquire about a replacement part, they told me I was SOL and needed to buy another stick for $50. I think I wouldn't feel as bad about my experience if the customer service was more helpful or better supported their products. It seemed to me that my interlocutor had heard this complaint a thousand times and was tired of hearing it. If I could go back I would spend my $400 elsewhere. In terms of function, it has decent suction power, but otherwise nothing extraordinary.
