Headset arrived next day. It looks brand new! I originally bought it to use with my Xbox One, not realizing that my old controller needed an adapter to plug in a headset. I bought the Turtle Beach Adapter from Best Buy. It works great with the adapter, but I had to pay an extra $43 for the adapter. Also, you can't use 7.1 surround sound with an adapter because you have to plug the USB into the controller, which isn't possible. However, surround sound works great on my Mac!
