I purchased this item on Best Buy to fit my wife's new car. Well, you know if your wife is unhappy, you won't be happy. After waiting several days the item arrived, after waiting another week to install the item was found not to work. I ordered another item, a few days later it turned out they had forgotten to send a new item, I called them and they said they would be delivered by the stated delivery date, I checked and that date was the next day. That was the amazing thing, next morning around 8:55 UPS stopped at my door and left the package, they got it here "Arlington, Washington" from Vegas in 10 hours, I was amazed. I sent the faulty part back with a return label, they made me print it out, ship the item and got a full refund within 2 days. Now my wife has a great audio system in this new car and yes you guessed it, I'm happy too. I really like the customer service I have received and I will indeed buy from them again, in fact I have an accurate sound system installed in my truck. What offer.
