Very happy with the quality of this pot. It took me a while to set it up and test it, but I'm very happy with the results! Well made with no dents, scratches or imperfections. The lid fits well and sits flat. Welded handles are tight and clean. The only real "trick" is getting the spout and thermometer properly sealed. The supplied o-rings and gaskets are of good quality and seal the mating surfaces well. Threading requires HEAVY use of Teflon tape. The product is not to blame. The threads are very thin and it's easy to underestimate the amount of tape it takes to fill them. I particularly liked that the surfaces on the O-ring seats are flat. This prevents the wall from bending when you pull it up.
