I love that it's easy to use and integrates with our other tools like Slack. It's also very intuitive. I dislike that sometimes my team doesn't understand how to use certain features or navigate through the app - so we have to teach them. Also, when they are using the product, they keep losing tabs of what they're working on. I would say this is because it isn't as user friendly as some other apps out there. We solve problems for our clients by helping them find new ways to market themselves. This has helped us be more efficient at doing so! The best part is it's an all-in-one solution for your team with the ability to create and share content. It also has a good social media feature as well. I dislike that it's not easy to use compared to other platforms. I would say this is only if you are looking for a simpler interface. This is great because it allows us to create content easier than before. We are able to interact with customers in different ways as well.
