I've been waiting for Epson to update their photo printer line for about a year and finally they have 3 new PIM III printers! I only buy Epson photo printers because of the firmware built-in PIM (Image Matching for Printing) and at least half a dozen digital cameras. I prefer Casio and have an EX-Z750 with PIM III. You can really see the difference between photos printed in normal mode and photos printed with PIM III. When you capture an image with the PIM III camera, several key elements are added to the image file, which in turn are read by the printers and reproduce the exact image the PIM III camera saw! Beautiful pictures without guesswork! Also included in the new line is new Claria ink, which resists stains, scratches, water and fading found on Epson photo paper. And ultra-fast print speeds with the ability to print onto CDs and DVDs. An incomparable combination! The only reason I didn't give the R260 5 stars is because of its sheer size. Maybe the next generation will be smaller!
