My old Q-Tips holder is just a small clear plastic box that keeps my Q-Tips in and sometimes the tampons look a little dusty on the bottom when I touch them. I thought it would be so much better because tampons from below are the first to get used - and I was right! It's nice, the tampons are used evenly and no dust is collected.
