Tushy offers an installation method that excludes all but one specific type of existing toilet seat. None of this is mentioned in their documentation or website. Instead, they say they have "hacks" to fix the problem that don't actually work or require you to buy additional stuff. In my case the support said that the curvature of my seat (silent closing type) is not supported, "buy another seat". Considering the cost of a new seat and $70 for it, it is better to buy a complete and built-in bidet seat. This is not a scam. In addition, with each installation, the backrest of your seat rises significantly. Your seat will NEVER sit flat on the toilet rim. You will see that the seat is tilted forward. If you don't want that, you shouldn't buy this product. But I gave it 2 stars because the real device works. The nozzle is good, the water control is good, etc. Just a terrible installation approach and unacceptable "hacks" (see their hacks on their own website!) to install it.
