I would love these because they are stainless steel and dishwasher safe. But here's the problem. They are small in diameter and slippery. So when you have all your veggies and meat on the kebab and it's on your grill and you turn it over, the piece you grabbed with your tongs with a twist. All other vegetables and meat just rotate in this doner kebab. So I would recommend sticking with the bamboo that you soaked ahead of time. You have better grip.
