Review on 🔧 Dorman Engine Oil Filler Tube - Product Code: 917-413 by Micael Rau

I bought this oil filler tube for my 2017 Camaro with LT1 engine as the oil filler neck is at a difficult angle to fill the funnel after an oil change . Especially if you use 5 liter containers like me. As previously mentioned you will need to modify it to fit the LT1 valve cover. 2 slits need to be made on the filler tube to enter the valve cover filler hole. If you look into the oil filler hole on the valve cover you will see 2 tabs. You will need to cut 2 places on the side of the pipe to match the location of these two tabs for it to fit. I used wire cutters to cut the plastic out of the tube. This is only for topping up oil and is not intended for permanent use.
