Don't get stuck - take a spare with you.

Great price, genuine Ford part. There are 4 of these sensors on a 6.7 single stroke diesel. (never mind) It's a problem big enough that Ford has extended the warranty on them by specific years. When #4 goes out and the Check Eng light comes on, it will shut down your truck or reduce your speed to 5 mph. Take a spare tire and a key with you. Pretty easy to replace with a basic knowledge of mechanics. Retail price is around $50 so it's a good deal.
