I have been using Encased products on my Iphone 7 to 11 for many years. I just bought a new one and one problem is that the clear protective case is too thick when installed on the phone. After inserting the phone into the case, the edges of the case do not bend and it is very difficult to slide the case under the two black corners of the holster holder with the phone installed and when trying to slide the phone under the spring clip, it will not snap easily. I have to slide it under the clip and then I don't think it's all the way down so I'm not sure how securely the phone is held in place. I hope it doesn't fall out if I don't notice. This is my second case for my Iphone 11 and in my first case the phone certainly clicked with an audible "click". The problem is caused by the fact that the bezel is TOO thick at the edges of the transparent body. If the bezels weren't so high, the case would work great. I would cut the edges myself but I'm afraid that I don't have a very sharp knife, the cut edge will be crooked and won't look very nice.
