There is nothing I didn't like. It was easy to install. It is very durable and well made. You can adjust it at any angle. It has cable guides to keep your cables from getting tangled. You even get hardware to screw onto your desktop if you want. I decided against it, and the base is strong enough that I felt it didn't need to be screwed on. However, I would like to warn you about one thing that has nothing to do with this purchase. Make sure the monitors you want to install are VESA compatible. VESA is new to me, I didn't even check the back of my monitors assuming all monitors can be mounted. Not so with one of my monitors. Another thing is figuring out how to remove the monitor stand so it doesn't get in the way of the mounting plate. One of my monitors was, one wasn't. The one that was - an older model. And the one that wasn't there is the newer LG 24MP59HT. I would have thought there wouldn't be a senior. Surprise surprise. I work on the computer a lot and it's so nice when my monitor is at eye level and there is more space on my desk.
