There is nothing I didn't like. It was easy to install. It is very durable and well made. You can adjust it at any angle. It has cable guides to keep your cables from getting tangled. You even get hardware to screw onto your desktop if you want. I decided against it, and the base is strong enough that I felt it didn't need to be screwed on. However, I would like to warn you about one thing that has nothing to do with this purchase. Make sure the monitors you want to install are VESA compatible.

It does what it describes and what it is supposed to do. It currently has two 24" monitors attached to it (will two 27" monitors be attached and updated if anything changes?)
