Blown out in a few days

Used to terminate 24V DC LED strips that worked great for a few days. Then they all burned down. See pic. Brought them back thinking maybe a bad batch, same problem. I used them with a 24V DC 6AMP power supply. I haven't tried them with 12VDC, but if you're using a 24VDC load, keep scrolling.
