When it arrived and I opened the box, I thought at first that the HP Envy 17 inch laptop would certainly not rest on this one, it's too small. Surprisingly it was standing on a platform and due to the rubber feet it stayed in place and was fine. The little USB to USB cable everyone was complaining about was perfect and very durable, they even have USB C to -USB A converter 3.0 . I was concerned about the USB 3.0 hub as it shows a white USB 2.0 input in the picture. Everyone knows (or should) that you can't have a 3.0 output if you have a 2.0 input. To my surprise, it's actually 3.0! The fan is a little louder than some other products, but it cools very well. You can't control the fan speed and the blue light is on when the fan is on, but overall it's a very good product at sea garbage coolers. I wish the top plate was bigger and more precise, but for the money you can't do better. I might also see something similar using a switch instead of a hub for special situations like a camera dock, maybe you guys can work on something similar in the future. TO UPDATE! Bought a second one, I love it.
