I have a 7" wrist, right in the middle one size fits all. When I first put this on I didn't know where to put the brace on my arm. I position it so that my thumb goes through the thumb hole? It didn't work because the tissue on the thumb tissue was too thick and pushed my thumb out at an awkward angle. with numb arm Second night tried with thumb jammed, woke up with numb arm, tried to close it during the day wear to see if I can find a comfortable wearing position, hand, especially little finger, was numb.The problem is that for small hands, the narrowing area for the wrist squeezes the sides of the hand.If you have large hands, can this will work for you as you can adjust the position better.
