Robust and safe.
Heavy Duty RV 4" Bumper Hitch Stuck. Had to use a bottle jack to install it because of the chrome on the bumper. I used a hammer, chisel and jack to get it done. If I had to do it again I would would remove the chrome from this small area.Very good fit and doesn't go anywhere without a cutting tool.I will use it for towing a boat and as a storage rack.
