Not an exact replacement.
While this works with the SONY SLV-271P, it's not fully compatible: the row of buttons doesn't work, meaning you'll have to reconsider how you navigate between options etc. Still, it's better than not being far away at all. Anyway, if you think you can't remember, "oh, I should press this instead like I do on all my other remotes," this night won't be the right choice for you.
