I really liked this little facility. Perfect size for what I needed and worked great. Both new and spare blocks were used to mix Cerakote (color). I had to shake the way I prepared Cerakote before turning on the blender. It's fine to shake my hands for 10 minutes, I just shake a few times instead and then put it in the blender. Starting from low speed and accelerating to 50-75% of power. Mix for no more than 10-12 minutes. Has worked flawlessly. I then place my Cerakote in a 50 mil graduated cylinder, using anywhere between 12-36 mils, then add the recommended Part B catalyst and mix for 10-15 minutes depending on the amount mixed. Again, this worked perfectly. Each device worked perfectly for about 10 days. Until I go to the store for work and BOOM! The block gets no power at all. It was so disheartening that I had problems with my elbows and shoulders, especially shaking the subject violently over time. When the original device was defective, I went through the return process. It worked great, it was very convenient and fast. Until the second block fails. Then my only option was to return the item and get a refund instead of an exchange. That worried me. I would rather change the device for the third time, I know why change the third time, just switch to something else. But I've heard a lot of good things about Aspera, and all this third time is adorable confusion gives me hope too. So I waited for my refund to appear on my credit card and here it is. Order now. Maybe I'll get a "loyalty bonus" from Aspera.
