I like that you can track the status of your samples in real time, as well as make changes to them before they ship out! It is not very user friendly or intuitive at all when it comes to making edits or adding new orders. If you are looking into this product because you want an easy way to manage inventory levels - then it's something worth investigating! We needed a system where we could easily see what was available and how much stock we had left to sell. This has allowed us to be more efficient with our supply chain processes and have better visibility over our inventory level.
