I'm surprised how well it worked!
There doesn't seem to be any moving gel or liquid in the walls, just a textured pattern of something. But, and this is great, it really works. The beer stayed much colder for much longer! I usually put a can of beer in the freezer before serving so I did that and used this glass and wow that's a colder beer! In fact, some of the beer froze on the sidewalls and took half an hour or more to thaw completely. Next time I won't have to pre-chill the beer. Now I want to try soda and soft drinks.
