These insoles slip in after an easy trim to fit with guides printed on the insole. I put them in the night before a trip to Disneyland, which I was concerned would be a big mistake. Huge win, it was like walking on a cloud. We walked 15 miles a day for 4 days and never felt better. Ordering more for my other shoes.
