This is an amazing piece of equipment. The suction power is as good as my old wired Dyson (2006). That's easy. The fact that it's cordless is amazing - I didn't realize how much the struggling with the cord on my old vacuum helped to make cleaning a hassle. The battery lasts more than long enough in normal cleaning mode to clean our entire lower floor, over 2,000 m². The time I spend cleaning is longer than the battery life. The fit of the ladder is excellent. It works equally well on hardwood floors and carpets. I bought a fluffy nozzle for hardwood floors but the bristles on the regular nozzle that came with it are pretty soft and I don't think I would need a fluffy nozzle for my floor. hand-sanded parquet floors. If you have polished hardwood, you may have a different experience. Overall I think it's worth the price.
