Customer out of order

Bought for Christmas because it was on sale. Looked good, 2 year guarantee so why not give it a try. I only used it a dozen times before it stopped working in July. No problem. 2 year guarantee, right? Spoke to the customer about the lack of service and since there was no light there must be a bad charger. 30 dollars. What about the guarantee. Does not apply. I complained until they gave up this time. Good, because the new one they sent didn't solve the problem. Don't call customer service…

An amazing vacuum that makes cleaning almost effortless

This is an amazing piece of equipment. The suction power is as good as my old wired Dyson (2006). That's easy. The fact that it's cordless is amazing - I didn't realize how much the struggling with the cord on my old vacuum helped to make cleaning a hassle. The battery lasts more than long enough in normal cleaning mode to clean our entire lower floor, over 2,000 m². The time I spend cleaning is longer than the battery life. The battery was dead after 10.5 months. "NO WARRANTY "

I was about to use my Dyson vacuum which I've loved so far (battery life isn't great but sucks and cleans well) and I saw a flashing red light. After calling support I was told it was my battery (I followed the care instructions carefully to extend the vacuum's battery life) and that the warranty only covers the motor, note that this vacuum 10.5 months old is . 2 years update. Like Spends more time charging on the wall than cleaning the floor

2 year update I love this vacuum. I recommend it to my family due to the fact that it has no cord and so many attachments. I have a small house, maybe 1100 square feet, I'm not sure, but it's small. I say this because the battery is not reliable. Sometimes I can charge it and it lasts two rooms and sometimes the whole house. After 2 years, I learned that this vacuum cleaner should be used in stages depending on the accessories. The long part of the vacuum cleaner should be used for carpets…
