I'll have to use this for a long time though as long as it works as advertised. I use it in a hockey helmet so the fit of the liner may vary by make and model. The product itself is very thin so when changing the forehead pad in the helmet it may need to be adjusted to get the right fit. For optimal use, make sure you completely clean and dry your helmet pad. Mark the center of the balaclava and helmet (if not already obvious). Bend the liner slightly and apply from the center to the edges without stretching. Once he's in place, pet him and let him heal. I'm not sure how many games it will take before I need a replacement, I'll update once I figure it out.
