I like that it's easy for me as an admin (or even just user) because you can easily see what your team are up too! It makes scheduling content so much easier, which means we're able to get more out in one day than before with less effort. Also love how customizable this tool allows us to be - if our client wants different colors or specific hashtags they want included then there isn't anything stopping them from doing exactly that!! Nothing yet but would definitely consider adding some tags/hashtags not currently available at launch time-wise. This has been great since coming across @juicetwist when starting my role here. The ease of use really helps make sure everyone understands their job within minutes rather than weeks or months. We have also used other tools previously where people were confused about who was responsible for certain things; however having everything centralized under 1 roof ensures nothing gets missed along.
