There are many fluffy babies in my house, causing a lot of domestic turmoil. I'm a fan of the Bissell SpotBot and big shelves (just bought a Bissell 17N4 and love it!), but I've always struggled with carpet stains near the baseboards. It is very difficult to clean with ordinary tools. Enter the crevice tool! This is amazing stuff! Spray the cleaning solution with a powerful direct jet into the joints under the baseboards. It uses a lot more liquid, which helps clean those nooks and crannies. And the tool is perfectly shaped to soak up as much cleaning solution as possible so you don't end up with too much moisture. This is the best accessory I have ever used on my Bissell machines! I would recommend it to anyone with stubborn pets who love to make a mess in hard to reach places.
