Love these. So cute and dainty. I usually wear an 18 gauge, but I was able to switch to these 20 guage with no problems.Update: I think these are still pretty. beware, I had one where the screw end is sharp! It made the inside of my nose pretty sore. So far, all the others have been fine.Update again: these tore my nose up terribly. They are so pretty that I try them hoping they won't scratch up the inside of my nostril; but they always do. I put one in a week before I had an MRI because I wanted to be cute. But when I took it out to put in a retainer, it hurt so bad. It has been over a week and my nose still hurts.
