The knife works, two blades feel nice, especially when cleaning small fish. I have yet to find an electric fillet knife that seems to handle large quantities of fish and this one has some nice features but falls short. 1. Ergonomic handle and sharp blades are definitely a plus 2. "Cigarette" nozzle is excellent3. Good tote bag, although the amount of foam makes repacking a bit difficult4. Soon I had a short in the cable, I was able to replace the end and it worked.5. Part of the motor mount is plastic and the torque from the motor could crack the plastic. I was able to replace it with a metal screw but that's not the best design idea.
