We bought the Earthlite massage system for my husband to recover from eye surgery. We got these cases too. We won't be using all of these cases since he recovered, and we have many more of these cases. However, they were perfect for what we needed. I could change the lid daily so he has a clean spot to keep his head down. They also kept his skin from sticking to the fabric of the pillow we bought. Overall I highly recommend buying this if you are going through eye surgery and need a clean place to rest your tired head and neck while you recover.
