Review on IKTCH 36 inch Built-in/Insert Range Hood: High-Powered 900 CFM, Stainless Steel Kitchen Vent Hood with Lighting and Baffle Filters by Adam Jenkins

Pros: The hood works well and sucks well and I like the feature that lets you turn the fan on and off with a flick of the wrist. Disadvantages: The hood has no fastening mechanism, ie it is screwed directly into the housing through the sheet metal walls. You can see in the photo where I needed to add plywood filler to the sides of my cabinet to exactly match the width requirement for a proper fit. I didn't think the remote would work either, but it turns out the range is extremely limited. You literally have to put the remote directly under the hood (within 1ft) before it will work. Installation requires some skill, you will need to size your cabinet exactly to the size of the vent box and drive in the appropriate screws so you don't get caught in the face frame or adjacent cabinets. The included mounting hardware wouldn't have worked for me as the screws were too long, but this was an easy fix.
