2 sizes up for me to wear for comfort
Git one size up at first and it was a tight fit with light compression. So I exchanged it for 2 sizes up and it's a perfect fit for me to wear comfortably under my scrubs for work. I'm 6ft 175 pounds, normally wear large for everything but the 2x fits perfectly.
