The ability for users of our system, such as hotels or restaurants in their local area with whom we have an agreement, can easily sign up for membership via mobile phone app (iOS/Android), without having access through computer web browser - great! Also very easy integration into third party apps like Expedia where it's not always possible to collect user data from other sources than website itself which makes this feature even more powerful. I think there are some minor UI issues here but nothing major so far; also they're working hard at improving customer support service by providing live chat option directly within dashboard page instead asking customers to contact them over email firstly. We use switchFly software solution mainly because all benefits available under one roof including hotel rewards points program integrated seamlessly allowing guests to earn & redeem while staying anywhere around world using simple tap on smartphone screen.
