I have to say I was initially a bit skeptical about spending money on it BUT after using it for just a few hours I was SOLD! I work from home and prefer it to a traditional desktop monitor. I've used it as both a dual monitor and a third screen. The display is sharp and reduces blue light irritation. One of the best parts is that it requires no setup (no need to install drivers) other than perhaps changing your laptop's dual-screen settings. It draws power from the device it's connected to, so there's just a single cord. The lid ensures safe storage and a stable stand during use. I don't play so I can't talk about it. I will say this is my first portable monitor so I can't really compare it to any other but for working from home, traveling and even watching movies I would highly recommend it!
