I take great pride in my steak knives. We use them for everything from slicing steaks and chicken to slicing tomatoes and onions. If you need a knife in the kitchen, we'll take this one first. In general, they are doing very well. They are pleasant to the touch and do not feel brittle or break easily. I hope they last us a good 20 years.
