Slipped off and wouldn't stay in place

I bought these to prevent my laptop from overheating and overloading the fan. Unfortunately, they kept slipping off and after a few minutes the laptop just fell on the table. And that's before I even start typing. They may fit your device, but the material didn't prevent it from sliding at all on my new Dell laptop, so I'll have to find something else.
