The ability to easily change the temperature of the light should not be underestimated. With a simple switch you can choose different light temperatures! You can tweak them and experiment with the temperature of the light that works best for the environment. The fasteners are regular spring clips, which I always seem to need a small washer for. However, installation is not difficult and they look very nice.
