Out of the box the jacket looked warm and comfortable and fit perfectly until my son put the hood on and zipped up. We bought a size up for him to wear next winter and the coat was perfect but the hood was so small and tight it looked really, really weird. Something is wrong with the cut of the jacket where the sizing is correct along the body of the jacket but the sizing at the neck of the hood is much smaller. My son definitely doesn't have a giant head. We go back.
