A great pan that's great for scrambled eggs, fish fillets (shown), chicken breasts, fried spinach, mushrooms and anything that requires a non-stick coating. Great weight, size and maneuverability. I love the extra volume the slanted design provides for large batches of veggies. It would probably come in handy when poaching too! I use this pan for my everyday cooking - let me tell you it's amazing! The non-stick coating works well, cleaning in 5 seconds under hot water and a quick clean with a soft sponge. As with all non-stick pans, the real test is how it will last over 1 year. I will try to come back in about 6 months and update the post. All in all, this is a fantastic purchase that any home cook will want to buy!
