Review on NIMBL by Andrew Dinelli

The best thing I liked about Nimbl was that it had very detailed information of all our projects, tasks to be done etc but at one place in time which made my job easier as well for me! Some features like project management were not so easy to use or implement by end user's side especially with some non tech savvy people who are using these tools daily (not just occasionally). Also sometimes we have problems during implementation phase when trying something new - there can always arise issues due to limited support from their team members if you need help while implementing anything into your system/toolkit. Project Management & Task tracking feature helped us keep track of what needs work next where things stand currently within each task assigned, also helps make sure everyone knows whats going out soonest instead of guessing around amongst themselves. I like the fact that they are very responsive and always on the ball. I like the fact that they are always willing to help. I dislike that they are very expensive. Also, I think they are very good at what they do, but I don't always know what it is that they are doing.
