This is amazing. Easy to use. The thing to buy! I've been making tamales the old fashioned way, with the back of a spoon, for many years. Now that arthritis sets in, it saves lives and saves time. You will never use a spoon again. It only took me about 5 attempts to get the thickness I wanted. Place a large drop of masa on the table, then use the shaker to pick up the masa and spread it out. I made 120 tamales. Saved me at least 1 hour. As with using a spoon, I had to take multiple breaks from cramps in my hands. I find them a bit too expensive for a piece of plastic. But works as promised!
