I really like this rolling pin. It is lightweight and easy to use and easy to clean. I hand wash it only because it takes about 2 seconds! All I have to say is that I expected it to be less sticky. not much sticks to it, but I think I figured there was less stuff sticking to it than it actually does. However, I think that particular stainless steel material probably allows you to make it less sticky in a variety of ways, such as refrigerating it or adding flour, butter, etc., depending on what you're doing. Think about it. I really have no idea if flour can even stick to this thing! Haha! Maybe that makes sense - minimal sticking, but no need for flour at all! Note: Ideal for rolling fondant and sugar cookies. Regular rolling pin I'd like to use flour or sugar to coat the sugar cookie dough to minimize sticking, but with this rolling pin I don't need flour or sugar! There was a bit of stickiness, but MINIMAL!
