Review on KUSMIL by Roberto Garrido

Recently, I was let down by the KUSMIL firm. I found the staff to be unfriendly and indifferent, despite their boasts of providing excellent customer service. Their art supply selection was impressive, however I was disappointed by the quality of the items I purchased. The paint was dry and clumpy, and the brushes constantly lost bristles as they were used. I missed a critical deadline because of their sluggish and unpredictable deliveries. I called customer support, but they treated me with complete disinterest and did nothing to help me address the problem. As an athlete, I place a premium on doing my best in everything I do. I was hoping for more from KUSMIL, but it fell short. If you're looking for art materials, don't bother with them.
