Big fir gives poison ivy CARESS OF DEATH
I hate using toxins especially glycophosphates but ended up in the hospital on steroids for poison ivy/infection so the war goes on. I put on a mask and THICK rubber gloves, then I put on these overly absorbent cotton gloves OVER the rubber gloves. Pour the liquid herbicide into a flat-bottomed glass jar (save the dishwasher carton for this). Dip your hands in the liquid and pet the poison ivy on a warm, sunny day. Of course it comes back, but at least it doesn't spread through my plants and surprise me. Great gloves, good price for many pairs!
