Review on Elcom Platform by Chef Deane

We are using elcocommerce for our ERP business partner as an extension of their system (they have been able use it since 2016). The support we receive from them is very good - they respond promptly when there's any issue or question that comes up in relation to this module! I believe if you're looking at something like ELCOMECOMERCE then your requirement should be more specific about what exactly YOU want/need out of such product? If its just general purpose CRM solution, go through some other products available now which might suit better within budget limits etc., also make sure whether vendor will guide & help you setup everything right way before finalizing deal OR not provide proper training / documentation after deployment so that things don't break later down due lack awareness by user side!! As per my understanding till date nothing much amazing but only.
