Bakes evenly and is easy to clean
I cooked bacon in it and it came out perfect. But what surprised me was that I took the ribeye when the weather turned bad and it was impossible to fry it. Tastes like I fried it. I love this pan. I would give five starts if the run out was at the corner. I'm not comfortable draining the fat by pouring it off the side. I will be using this pan for a long time and I love it.
